Is the item real gold plated, will it tarnish and change color?

All our products are 14k or 18k gold Plated, We use a tick layer of real Gold over stainless still to insure it will not tarnish or change color. Our gold plating not only enhances the allure of each piece but also ensures that your jewelry maintains its radiant shine for years to come.

Are your jewelries Waterproof?

All of our jewelry is waterproof, so you can confidently wear it in the shower and even while swimming

Order and Shipping

How long does it take to receive my order?

All orders are processed within 24 business hours and shipped within 2-5 business days. Deliveries take 7-10 business days (average). Personalized and customized items will require an additional 7 to 10 days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally.

Is the shipping really free?

Yes, we do ship free worldwide.

Returns and Repairs

What is your return policy?

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority! If you’re unhappy with your order, we will gladly accept non-custom items to be returned for store credit within 10 days from the date of delivery as indicated by courier notification.

-Returns must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.
-Items must be returned in the original packaging, including boxes, pouches, or gifts with purchase.
-All personalized, name, initial styles and any custom orders are FINAL SALE *This includes items that have a single initial.
-Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We are not responsible for return shipping charges, therefore if an item is returned, shipping charges will be deducted from credited amount.

Please take extra care when packing your items to ensure they will not be damaged in transit. All returns will be go through an inspection process before they are accepted. We are unable to accept returned products that have been damaged. (Tangled, scratched etc.) If we do not receive your return package as described above, we reserve the right to refuse your return or please note a fee may apply.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
STEP 1: To request a return, please contact us via our contact page
STEP 2: Before you send the return, please ensure the item is in the original packaging and in a shipping box *Sending in an envelope may damage the item and we will not be able to accept the return.
STEP 3: Print out your return label and ship the item back to us
STEP 4 – Allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed, once processed you will be notified via email

Wrenlee Story is not responsible for return items damaged in the mail or lost if shipped on your own.

What is your policy for damaged items?

In case of a damaged item (During warranty), we will exchange your item for a new one. Jewelry pieces are eligible for a full refund, if within 30 days of delivery.

How do I take care of my jewelry?

  1. Store jewelry in separate compartments or soft pouches.
  2. Clean regularly using mild soap and warm water.
  3. Avoid contact with harsh chemicals and remove during activities.
  4. Apply cosmetics and lotions before wearing jewelry.
  5. Get professional inspections and cleanings.
  6. Keep diamonds separate to prevent scratching.
  7. Consider jewelry insurance for protection.

Remember to follow any specific care instructions provided by the manufacturer or jeweler.
